• Payment information: card number and billing details (note: card data is processed by our payment processor stripe, and not stored by us—see Payments/Security).

• Account details: username, password (if you create an account).

• Event-related information: ticket selections, seating preferences, attendee names, and any special requests.

• Communications: messages, support requests, and other content you send to us.  

 

Information collected automatically

• Log and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring/exit pages, device identifiers, and timestamps.

• Provide and operate the website, process orders and tickets, and deliver services you request (including sending tickets, confirmations, receipts).

Example providers include Stripe-like payment processors—they collect transactional data to complete payments. We require vendors to protect data and only use it for the agreed purposes.  

• Event partners and venues for ticket fulfilment, access control, customer support, or where required for the performance of the ticket contract.  

• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with laws, respond to subpoenas, investigate fraud or security incidents, or to protect rights, property or safety.

 

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If local law (for example some U.S. state laws) requires a different disclosure, we will comply with that law and provide required notices (see Section 10).
